Get after hours advice
You can take advantage of the best pet care even when you are not at the vet clinic. Don’t rely on Dr. Google or other non-professional sources to understand what’s happening with your pet. Ask questions or discuss your concerns with your veterinarian in the most convenient way, directly from your phone.
Know if it’s an Emergency
In a lot of situations it’s hard to assess by yourself if it’s an emergency or if it can wait until the next day. Contact your vet describing your pet’s symptoms, add photos and any other information that might help the vet understand the situation better. If it’s an emergency or if the veterinarian can’t reach a conclusion, they will recommend coming for a check-up.
If it’s not an emergency, you will get advice on what to do at your home or schedule an appointment for a future date.
Pre-visit Checklist: know what to expect
Make sure you have all the information before your visit to the vet. You might need to prepare your pet in a certain way or bring some documents.
Maybe you are not sure how long the consultation will take or what to expect? Ask right away!
Get Post-operative Care
It’s important to monitor your pet closely after a surgery. Your vet might ask you to send photos so he can see how it’s healing or how your pet feels. If you have concerns or questions about how to administer the treatment, make sure you reach your veterinarian fast with a text message.
Understand your pet’s Behavior
If you see that your pet is behaving unexpectedly or something changed, make sure you describe them to your vet. Some symptoms and behaviors provide very clear indications of what’s going on and your veterinarian can easily help you understand what’s going on and how to act.
